We will be looking to further grow all aspects of our business and there will be particular focus on our corporate trust offering and the associated Law firm.

Recent changes in regulation, as well as those proposed, but are yet to be ratified, will present many challenges as businesses adapt to accommodate for a more transparent world. However, challenges offer opportunities and Ariannol will be looking at how client structures can benefit from the ongoing changes.

The company takes its regulatory responsibilities very seriously and maintaining an honest and open relationship with regulators is extremely important. Therefore, we have invested heavily in leading technology platforms, disaster recovery systems and client due diligence programmes. This investment will be ongoing to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements in all the chosen jurisdictions where we undertake business.

Cyprus has changed significantly in the years we have been here and we expect to see a continuation of improvements in both standards and regulation as we go forward. Given our background we have been ahead of the industry locally and will endeavour to stay that way, whilst at the same time look to take full advantage of the many benefits that Cyprus has to offer.
