Our main focus is however, on the Cyprus Holding Company which is becoming even more widely used either as a standalone company or within a larger structure. As tax laws and jurisdictions change we have recently re-domiciled both BVI and Jersey Companies to Cyprus to take advantage of E.U. and double tax treaty benefits.
